Logistical Questions (“What happens if/when ____?”)
When will my stuff be delivered?
We’ll lock it in your dorm room before your official move-in date. If you live off-campus, we’ll arrange a time to drop it off, around the time we’re delivering everyone else’s items. This is true for Ship-to-School packages as well, so long as they are received in time (otherwise, there will be a slight delay).
I’m returning to campus early, can I get my stuff delivered early?
Yes. If you select Early Return Delivery when you place your order this spring, and if you are listed on the college’s official Early Return list, your items will be locked in your room shortly before your official move-in date.
I was waitlisted before, or my room assignment changed! What now?
We cross-check our box labels with the official housing list shortly before delivering, so you don’t need to update us unless you’ve unofficially switched rooms. Waitlisted students’ box labels indicate that, and we check the official list in August to find your assigned room.
I’m a Tri-Co participant living in a different room during Tri-Co. Where will my stuff be delivered?
To your regular, assigned room (unless you request otherwise, or your room is occupied by another Tri-Co participant, in which case we’ll deliver to your Tri-Co room).
Do I need to be present at the delivery or pickup?
Yes, you must be present at the pickup. We are in the process of arranging the delivery method. You will know before you finalize your order whether you will need to be present for the fall delivery.
Can you store my Tupperware/furniture/plastic storage tubs/plastic drawers/office chair/bed/futon?
No. But we can store anything that fits inside the boxes we provide.
Service Questions (“Do you offer ____?”)
I’ve decided to go/remain abroad. Can you keep my stuff longer?
Yes. Notify us in advance, and we will invoice you for the additional cost. Do you offer temporary storage for seniors/summer students?
Do you offer shipping services? Only in unusual circumstances, and for a substantial fee.
Can I retrieve or otherwise visit my stuff in your storage unit during the summer/semester?
Is the price listed for a single month of storage?
No. Our prices cover the entire summer (for summer storage), semester (for students studying abroad), or until delivery (for Ship-to-School).
When will I receive my invoice?
Shortly after finals end, we will email all invoices to students’ Bucknell email accounts. Please bear with us as we process all the orders!
Can you send me an itemized list of the charges? All I got was an email with a link to pay the full amount.
You will find a breakdown of the charges either attached to your invoice email or available through a link in the email or on the payment webpage.
How can I pay the invoice?
You may pay by free bank transfer. Follow the link in the email to the Intuit Payment Network. You may also contact us to arrange payment by check or in cash, if necessary.
